Jack's April 2011 Chart

Thought we'd start compiling a chart for each month as we go through, just to wrap things up and give you access to what we think are the ten biggest tracks out there. We're going to do a joint one each month but as this is the first time, we thought we'd do individual ones just to double the fun!

We're probably going to move it to Resident Advisor at some point, then forward it to the blog, but for the minute it's just an unofficial blog-post, so give us any feedback or hit us up with your charts on justtoojuicy@hotmail.com or on twitter/justtoojuicy.

Obviously our tastes are very ecclectic and that'll be represented in here, the tracks may not necessarily have been released in the month of the chart but if we've discovered or loved them then, then that's where we'll put them. This month has seen the release of Pete Tong & Riva Starrs Future Underground as well as hype over the new 2 Bears EP, Bear Hug. We've also seen Seth Troxler, Riva Starr and Funkagenda in the Essential Mix and been to see Alex Metric, Jaymo & Andy George, Boy-8-Bit, Diplo, Sinden, Riva Starr and The Magician meaning that house has featured heavily this month, which I'm sure you will be able to tell.

Here we go.....

1. Joey Negro & Gramophonedzie - No Sugar [Z Records]

2. 2 Bears - Be Strong [Southern Fried Records]

3. Julio Bashmore - Battle For The Middle You [PMR Records] - slow on the uptake of this, absolute monster!

4. Hot Natured - Forward Motion (feat. Ali Love) [Hot Creations]

5. Toddla T - Take It Back (Feat Shola Ama & J2K) [Ninja Tune]

6. Guti - All The Girls [Desolat]

7. Adam Port - Symphony [Snatch!]

8. Alex Metric & Steve Angello - Open Your Eyes (Tim Mason Festival Remix) [Positiva]
