Tim Green Returns!

TIm Green, creator of the infectious 99 remix and all round house master has exploded in the past few weeks with a string of remixes and releases on Coccoon and in typical fashion, everything he touches is pefectly produced, groovy house. His newest track 'Lemon' was given Pete Tong's prestigious essential new tune and is being rinsed by tastemakers such as Sven Vath and Seth Troxler, the 3 track EP hasn't dropped yet but here's a taster for you:-

Juicy! Introduces... Compuphonic

Juicy! people, i've stumbled across this belgian electro producer called Compuphonic whilst bumbling through RA tonight. His Emotion EP he did with Kolombo was picked up and released on Tiga's Turbo Label so you know he's got pedigree. It's hard to put a finger on the exact genre he produces and puts in his mixes; without doubt he leans heavily towards deep house but he brings it more upbeat with disco elements throughout which makes something really quite unique which i'm loving it at the moment.

My fave 3 tracks of his...

Strip Steve - Summer Nights Mix

So we're back. Exit was absolute carnage, we got Aoki's rave raft and a mate of our was almost killed by a dragon. No joke.

I've got a massive exit post in the works that i'll drop tomorrow sometime, it's just taking an absolute age to put together because there's literally so much to put in it. But when i was getting back into the loop of all things musical i stumbled across this mix from 20 year old french house/techno wizz kid who's been tearing up the scene recently. I was a bit skeptical at first as i assumed it would just be nonesensical heavy techno but oh my daiizzz i was blown away by the majority of the tracks... especially his new tune 'Freaks' which is on BNR's Miami Noize 2011 compilation and i'm still trying to get my dirty mitts on it.

Deffo worth a listen...
