The 2 Bears - Work

Annie Mac dropped this tune last night on her show, from The 2 Bears aka Raf Daddy and Joe Goddard and it continues in the vein of their previous garage tinged house releases. Great work on vocals by the excellent Joe Goddard. This should whet your appetite before their album 'be strong' is released on Southern Fried on January 30th, expect big things!

Here's a quick post about an Australian artist called Flume who has recently been drawn to my attention and makes some prime tunes. To me it seems like a slightly more upbeat poppy version of SBTRKT-esque chilled 2 step vibes, so so lush. My favourite tune is Over You Ft. Anthony For Cleopatra which is getting played on the Juicy! Show tonight, 8-9 on FreshAir.org.uk...

Didier Sinclair - Lovely Flight.

I've just subscribed to The Rebel Agency podcast, which is the agency covering the Crosstown Rebels acts, so it's got pedigree..... The podcast consists of a monthly mix from one of the artists signed to the agency, this month was the turn of Visionquest member and all round deep-house connoisseur Shaun Reeves and he smashed it! The Didier Sinclair tune is my favourite but to be honest they're all phenomenal:-

The fantastic Italian 5 piece that are Reset! have dropped a new tune, which we gave a play on our first show back on Friday. It comes in the form of a remix from newcomers 909 and has an amazing piano line to it. Currently there's only a radio rip available but rest assured when the full version drops we'll be getting it on here!

 So on Friday night we had the great pleasure of returning to the Fresh Air studios and broadcasting our first show of the year and it was fantastic to be back!

Tonight is our first show back of the year! We're 2 weeks behind the station launch but we've been off trying to skydive and seeing Eric Prydz tear up newcastle. 

This year we're occupying our usual 8-9 slot every Friday night of term and as per, you can listen in on Fresh Air Radio

Hot on the heels of the phenomenal Benoit & Sergio's remix, comes Juicy! favourite, Tensnake's interpretation of one of the standout tracks on The Friendly Fire's new album 'Pala'. Ok so a few weeks back we got asked to compile a podcast for The Edinburgh Evening News, which was a welcome opportunity for us to put together some tracks from a slightly deeper side of our tastes.
